Description of the Services

General

  • Available for temporary interim management or executive positions 
  • Work location primarily in the Netherlands, but able to work remotely or travel within Europe 
  • Nordic / Scandinavia region a speciality feature as I have primarily worked with clients and employees in this region and I speak some of the languages (Finnish, Swedish)
  • Experience in leading and managing remote teams located in India, Poland and Czech Republic
  • Languages: English as the primary working language, native Finnish, conversational Dutch 
  • Hourly rates apply and are dependent on the interim position in question

Interim Manager

  •  In areas of Programs and Projects Services, IT organizations, but not limited to these
  • People management, Business management 
  • Small on site local teams or regions with distributed, global teams
  • Performance feedback, coaching and mentoring, employee development, career development
  • Organizational talent management 
  • Resource management
  • Finance, Budgets and Forecasts
  • Process Management and Process Optimatization
  • Leading and managing Organizational Changes and creating management systems and new departments
  • Leading special initiatives such as Agile Transformation, Cost Cutting initiatives, Customer Satisfaction improvements, Employee Satisfaction programs and Performance Improvement projects

Interim Executive

  •  C-Suite positions such as CEO, CHO and CFO 
  • Executive experience as Country General Manager and Nordic region business unit leader
  • Profit and Loss responsibilities
  • Anything in between big companies with 0ver 100 employees in global setting in multicultural environment or medium sized international businesses with less than 50 staff perhaps only in one location
  • Experience as an entrepreneur in the Netherlands and how to set up and manage a business, can offer coaching on Business Plan and operative support in setting up a business 
  • Good understanding of all functions of a company  from marketing and sales to proposal development and contract signing to services and products delivery and logistics + Finance and HR aspects 
  • Able to quickly relate to the challenges a business can face, build strategies and manage the different business units towards a common goal.
